Zen Recruitment was originally started based on feedback received from Client Management of businesses who noted the lack of customer service from large job agencies. They wanted better service tailored to their business needs. From feedback received regarding the challenges they faced sourcing qualified employees; I knew that there has to be a better way.
The business was founded in 2019 to provide recruitment to various industries, such as manufacturing, service and maintenance, customer service, laboratory, warehousing, administration, reception and accounts.
Based in Melbourne and catering to metro and metro regional areas.
As the managing director, I do everything possible to ensure the operations and strategy of the company stays current whilst ensuring that services is delivered, as expected.
